Rock Band goes back to the eighties with Cutting Crew DLC

Yes, it’s Friday, it’s time for Harmonix to announce their DLC tracks for Rock Band for next week. Here’s what they’ve got for us this time around.

First up, we have a track from the 80′s, which I barely remember, honest. Cutting Crew released “(I Just) Died in Your Arms” from their album Broadcast in 1986, seems like yesterday. Next we have an offering from Hoobastank, their breakthrough single “Crawling in the Dark” from their eponymous studio debut  album. Finally, British rock behemoths, Whitesnake, give us “Still of the Night”.

All tracks cost 160 MSPoints, with all the above offering keyboard support. “(I Just) Died in Your Arms” will also have the optional Pro Guitar and Pro Bass expansion for the usual additional cost of 80 MSPoints.

  • Cutting Crew – “(I Just) Died in Your Arms”
  • Hoobastank   – “Crawling in the Dark”
  • Whitesnake    – “Still of the Night”

These tracks are scheduled to be made available on or around the 7th of August.
