Update: Mass Effect 3 Operation Raptor rewards suspended

Update: A fix for the issue has been found, but it won’t go live until next week after testing.
If you played Mass Effect 3 over the weekend, you probably noticed the Operation Raptor mission. Bioware has revealed that this particular challenge has hit a biotic wall with its pack rewards.
ME3′s live producer Scylla Costa posted:
“We granted the Victory and Commendations Packs from Operation Raptor last night but this morning it was identified that many people were using an exploit to get multiple packs. In order to stop the problem we had to suspend the granting of packs immediately. We are currently working on a fix for this issue. We will restart the granting of packs once this issue has been fixed.”
At the time of posting, the issue still remains and no packs were rewarded when I checked.
We can expect the Commendation and Victory Packs to return any day now.
