As April arrives so does another Car Pack for Forza Horizon. The cars in this pack were hand-selected by the Top Gear magazine team and Turn 10 to provide Forza Horizon fans with an eclectic mix of cars including a Transit Van!

First up is one of the most stylish cars around, the 2012 Aston Martin Vanquish. If I could own a car this would be the one but alas, London Transport it is for me. The new Vanquish retains much of the familiar Aston Martin grace but is still a beast of a car with its 565-horsepower V12 and fits in perfectly with the gorgeous Horizon roads.

The next car is interesting, the 2012 Bowler EXR S. This car is the result of the 2012 brand partnership between Land Rover and U.K.-based rally raid manufacturer Bowler. This is an all-terrain vehicle and is great fun to drive, it doesn’t look like it could but it can go over 150mph thanks to its supercharged 5.0-litre V8, producing 550 bhp. This is perfect for racing on Horizon’s back roads.

How about another gorgeous looking car that drives as good as it looks? Roll forward the 2011 Alfa Romeo TZ3 Stradale Zagato. This street-legal sports car features an 8.4-litre V10 and packs 600 horsepower, I struggled with the handling at times with the car but I still enjoyed my time with it.

The 1998 Mercedes-Benz AMG Mercedes CLK GTR has a famous racing brother that dominated GT1 class at Le Mans so thoroughly that after a few wins no competitor wished to challenge it. Very little will change at the Horizon Festival, you’ll leave your friends eating your dust.

Now for the vehicle I was most excited about driving, the 2011 Ford Transit SuperSportVan. Sporting an eye-catching livery this 3.2-litre, 198-horsepower engine taken from the much larger Transit Jumbo handles much better than I thought it would, I couldn’t resist bringing this up to an A Class racer and it’s a whole lot of fun, I can’t wait to see some of the livery designs the Forza Community come up (looks out for TMNT designs) whilst driving in the Monthly Rivals’ races.

This is a great mix of cars and you can tell it came from the minds of Top Gear; you pick this DLC up for 400 MS Points for the pack or 240 MS Points for each individual car.
