UEFA Euro 2012 expansion announced for FIFA 12

EA has today announced that UEFA Euro 2012 will be released on April 24th as an expansion pack for FIFA 12 costing 1800 Microsoft Points.

With all 53 UEFA member national teams players will be able to compete as their favourite European country online in the UEFA Euro 2012 tournament.

There will also be live service that will drive real-life storylines into the game from the qualifying campaign and the tournament itself, enabling players to relive dramatic moments based on real-life matches through challenges. Challenges will enable players to earn experience points and level up their EA Sports Football Club profile.

UEFA Euro 2012 will also introduce the new Expedition Mode which enables players to build, manage and compete with a customised team against other European teams. Players can choose their favourite European player or their FIFA 12 Virtual Pro to captain their customised team to win matches and earn better players from defeated nations, and then defeat all 53 countries to complete the journey to conquer Europe.
