Split/Second Demo Now On Xbox Live Marketplace

Yesterday I posted about Black Rock Studios’ Xbox 360 exclusive demo of their upcoming racer Split/Second would be in the Marketplace “sometime this week“. Well, great news gamers: it’s available NOW!

Split/Second will be coming to a console near you on the 21st of May 2010.

I played this demo last night, its a nice demo, although I would have liked to have tried another level.
Not sure if I will pick it up on the strengths of the demo however (I am not much of a racing fan).

I picked it up last night, and after having NFS Shift ruined by Forza i was quite wary of playing it. The simplicity of the controls is perfect though. It reminds me a lot of when the first Burnout landed and turned my gaming inside out for a few months. I’ll most likely be buying this, though its a tough call between this and Blur.

I hope they have fixed it, I played it at Eurogamer last year and I broke it. May give it a download what I got to play of it I enjoyed
