Resident Evil 5 Demo and Game Details Update

An Xbox 360 exclusive demo of Resident Evil 5 will be released this week on December 5th. It is currently confirmed by Famitsu to be appearing on the Japanese Xbox Live Marketplace for Xbox Live Gold members only. However it’s also likely the demo will be released in other regions around about the same time.  Players will be get a taste of two stages of play set in the familiar urban setting shown past game trailers, which are playable both offline and co-operatively. 

Famitsu also mentions the Japanese version of the game has been exclusively pushed up to March 5, so the rest of the world will have to wait until March 13th for their copy, and details on a limited edition version of the game. set for release exclusively through Capcom. The limited edition ships in a nice box set which includes a 32-page art book, exclusive staff commentary, a BSAA waist pouch, and a 2GB USB stick all in the theme of the game.
