Raam’s Shadow DLC not free for Season Pass owners

[Update] Season Pass users will be refunded their points in the next 5 days.
Gears of War 3 Season Pass owners are currently unable to get the Raam’s Shadow DLC for free.
Those who own a Season Pass are supposed to have access to all DLC packs at no charge.
Director of production Rod Fergusson tweeted, telling players they are looking into what’s gone wrong:
“We’re investigating why Season Pass holders are pointing at the wrong RAAM’s Shadow offer.”
Priced at 1200 Microsoft Points, users with a pass are prompted to avoid downloading the pack.
