Portal 2 to be announced next week?

It is rumoured across the Interwebs that Portal 2 will be revealed at next weeks GDC. Forum users over at Steam have said that the evil entity from the original Portal game, GlaDOS, is v3.11 (March 11th). Does this mean it will be announced next week? We can only hope.
