PES 2013 launches one week before FIFA 13

Getting a week’s head start of FIFA 13 is PES 2013, which will launch on 21st September alongside Borderlands 2.
There’s a load of new features including a fully licensed Brazilian league with all 20 teams. But can it compete realistically with FIFA 13 this year?
