New Bungie game leaked?

Details of upcoming Bungie (Halo series) projects have been revealed due to the Zampella/West court case with publisher Activision. Keep in mind the following has yet to be “announced”.
Code named “Destiny” the came is to be released Fall 2013 with three other games set for release every two years thereafter for both the 360, PS3 and “XBOX 720″. Whether these are sequels or other projects is not said though that is to be assumed.
Bungie are also set to release four downloadable expansions known as “Comet”. A “new version” of Marathon, a game Bungie created back in 1994 is also being made, though whether it’s a sequel or a remake is specified.
