Tucked away in a little corner of the Xbox Live Marketplace, the Indie Games section is a little haven for budding developers to show off their wares. This week we again only have 8 new releases. Here’s a closer look at what is on offer.

Geriatrix- Zombie City – Pixel Junkie Games
Just what the doctor ordered, a geriatric based multiplayer apocalyptic zombie shooter. What more could you ask for? Zombies running amok, an 82-year-old Vietnam war veteran with a bazooka. Time for tea Mildred? 80 MS Points
Pester – Flump Studios
It sounds like something the kids might do on a rainy Saturday afternoon, but this multiplayer shooter looks anything but annoying. In fact, it looks like it might be the pick of this week’s games. A down-scrolling, Galaxians clone for the masses. Featuring over 95 combinations of play, 6 trophies to unlock and a techno soundtrack. 80 MS Points
