FIFA 13 details announced

FIFA 13 details have finally begun to be revealed, and EA have introduced the big gameplay changes this year, which sees Complete Dribbling, First Touch Control and Attacking Intelligence making their way into this year’s model.

Partly inspired by FIFA Street 3, Complete Dribbling is a feature that allows players to face their opponents at all times by dancing around the ball.

Changes to the way the ball is controlled are being made, with First Touch Control the most influential of those. It adds random elements to when players take the ball, which are influenced by the players attributes.

In an attempt to balance the Tactical Defending added last year, Attacking Intelligence will make the AI more intelligent when moving forward with the ball. It should see them finding space and using it more creatively.

Another feature announced was Kinect control, though there were few specifics.

There were several other additions made, ironing out most of the more of the most notable bugs in the Impact Engine introduced in FIFA 12.

FIFA 13 has been confirmed for Xbox 360, along with PS3 and PC versions.

About Keegan Spindler

Keegan is a student who would rather play Pokemon than go out. When not on a never ending quest to catch em all, he tends to play fighting games and RPG's because, lets face it, who doesn't wish they could hit people with a sword for a living?
