Far Cry 3 Multiplayer Beta coming this summer

Ubisoft has revealed their plans for a Far Cry 3 Multiplayer Beta this Summer.

The beta will run for two weeks, allowing players to battle it out on a tropical island, using one of six character classes.

You’ll be granted access in a variety of ways. One way requires you to purchase Ghost Recon: Future Soldier from GameStop and be a member of their PowerUp Rewards program.

Ubisoft are also running a giveaway on their Facebook page, where you simply have to like the page for a chance to win a code. Keep an eye on this page, as I’m sure they’ll be more soon.

Don’t forget to check Twitter and other gaming websites too, since codes usually end up getting distributed in large numbers via other media outlets.

    FC hasn't always been known for it's multiplayer, Instincts Predator MP was awesome but I feel they may try a little too hard with this one… I hope it pays off for them as I, for one, am very excited for FC3!

      I've always been a fan of the map editor. Far Cry 2 had some awesome maps made by the community.
