Fable III Twitter integration

So you like Fable and you like Twitter, well the clever people over at Lionhead have decided to put them together to make the experience oh so much better for all.
Peter Molyneux stated during his panel at GDC 2010 that he was going to give his audience a “clue” that would relate to the new feature for Fable III, this clue went like this
I Twitter now and, you know, I’ve got followers on Twitter. That’s an interesting mechanic, and we integrate that into the Fable experience.
There are quite a few possibilities on how twitter could be integrated into the game from EXP prospects to actual followers in-game, what are your ideas?
