EA to release biggest SSX update so far

Following on from their teaser trailer, EA Sports has revealed they will release what they describe as its “biggest & best SSX update so far”, with two brand new game modes and a whole host of other fixes and improvements.
Lets shift the snow away to reveal the details.
3-2-1-Go! mode is the hinted at head-to-head multiplayer. It allows up to six riders to complete simultaneously in “Trick it” and “Race it” heats, with no restarts. All players have to beat the clock in “Trick it”, and in “Race it” the countdown starts for the others when the first player crosses the line.
Freeride is the second of the new modes on offer. This mode removes the HUD, score gauge, ghosts and rule sets. This then allows you to get to grips with any course in your own time, an opportunity to perfect those tricks.
The update will also fix a number of in-game bugs, including large numbers of Geotags causing crashes, problems with lifetime earnings, the “Gold Miner” failing to unlock and others. Whilst this is already available for Playstation users, EA has not confirmed when this will be available on the Xbox platform.
