Dragons Dogma Dark Arisen DLC announced at TGS 2012

Have you found that Dragon’s Dogma is just not large enough? Well, fret no longer. Capcom have announced at the Tokyo Game Show that it is to receive a major expansion called Dark Arisen.

Scheduled to arrive in 2013, the developer has revealed little other than the short teaser trailer below. They did, however, let us in on the fact that two free modes are being patched into the game for later this year. These will follow on from the ‘Easy’ mode that was introduced last month, the ‘Hard’ mode will ramp up the difficulty while dropping more in the way of loot, while the ‘Speedrun’ mode will time your quest, dishing out rewards to those who beat the game in an allotted time.

Capcom have promised more details on Dark Arisen to follow, we’ll see.
