Doom 3 BFG edition gets the screenshot treatment

Last week Doom 3 got a remake announcement from Bethesda and Id Software in the form of the BFG edition, today they have released 6 new screenshots showing off some of its HD remake in all of its glory.  I still remember this game scaring the crap out of me on 2 speakers and now it’s going to 5.1 surround sound.

Doom 3 BFG edition lands sometime this autumn, if no one hears from me around this time please send help, oh, and some fresh underwear.
