Death Comes For All in the new Darksiders II all-gameplay trailer

The release of the sequel to 2010′s Darksiders is literally weeks away, so it’s about time we had an all-gameplay trailer to feast our eyes upon.
Luckily, THQ and Vigil Games have just dropped the “Death Comes For All” trailer for Darksiders II, which features a bunch of interesting footage of Death being all epic and generally menacing.
Will he die during the game though? The giant red chap with big horns seems to think so, but Death doesn’t mind too much, saying “then so be it,” when he’s told “sometimes the hero dies” by the aforementioned Lucifer-wannabe. A War/Death face-off is hinted at during the trailer, but I’m most intrigued to see what the flying Gryphon-type creature towards the end is all about…
Darksiders II is out on the 21st of August 2012.
