CD Projekt working on new IP?

According to a post on their own website, CD Projekt, creators of the Witcher series, are looking for more workers in the hope to “create a grand new project from the ground up!”.
The post suggests projects that move away from the swords and sorcery style that the studio is known for, including a brief mention of guns.
Though not yet announced, a third Witcher game seems to be on the horizon. CD Projekt must have big plans if they’re looking to take on multiple projects.
