Call of Duty Black Ops 2 confirmed?

It appears Call of Duty Black Ops II is more or less confirmed now according to an image sent into IGN.
The image shows pre-order cards from U.S retailer Target, outing the games title, Black Ops II and a release date of November 13th. So it seems that Black Ops 2 will be formally announced on May 1st.
