Borderlands 2′s Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate’s Booty DLC confirmed

This week you may remember users reporting that the latest update for Borderlands 2 contained files that hinted at some DLC. Well, now it appears that Gearbox have confirmed that as the Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate’s Booty DLC.
This downloadable content will take players to Oasis, a desert inhabited by dirty bandits and Captain Scarlett of course.
It’s due out on 16th October for 800 Microsoft Points, so that’s less than a week away. Remember, if you have a Season Pass, you’ll get this DLC for free.
