Borderlands 2 – pre-orders looking great and a sneaky UK deal

Borderlands landed nearly three years ago and come September the sequel will be in our grubby mits. For those heading over to Gamesom this year, expect some pretty special treats waiting for you in Cologne. In current news though, Borderlands has hit its first milestone and become the third highest pre-ordered game in Take two’s history!

I must admit the Ultimate Loot Chest edition of the game does indeed do the term “special edition” justice, it looks incredible and is a must buy for any Borderlands fan with £99.99 to spare!

For those with a tighter wallet and in the UK Argos seem to be offering the game for a mere £17.99, will they honour this? I doubt it but if you’re on a tight budget you may fancy taking a gamble and giving it a pre-order through the retailer.

        *EDIT* You can put the game into your trolley, but it won't allow you to reserve it or pay for it now – so I've set up a stock alert email, will keep you posted!
