“Bleed Out” this week’s L4D2 Mutation

Left 4 Dead 2‘s recent The Passing DLC gets a new Mutation mode this week, in the form of “Bleed Out”.
The mode will give campaign players a slowly deteriorating health bar, and will totally remove any health packs – leaving you with only Pain Pills and Adrenaline shots to keep you going.
