Speaking on the OXM podcast, vice-president of Bethesda Peter Hines said that after a somewhat quiet 2012, people can now expect Bethesda to be much more vocal and present during 2013. This is partly due to the Elder Scrolls MMO and the Knife of Dunwall DLC for Dishonored, but he also promised that:
“We will be announcing new stuff and making some noise, and I think when we get the chance to show you guys what we’re up to, that you’ll sit up and take notice.”
An announcement of Fallout 4 has been hotly anticipated ever since Erik Todd Dellums (voice of Three Dog) made his mysterious tweet back in January. Though there have also been some recent news of Doom 4 and Bethesda have previously stated that they want to make Dishonored into a series.
Whatever happens, we’re sure it will be interesting. Bethesda games have tended to dominate many Game of the Year lists for the past few years, I doubt this year will be any different.
