How can I give someone feedback?
- Go to the profile of the person you wish to leave feedback for.
- Click the tab "Feedback Score" on their profile page.
- Click "Submit Feedback" button.
- Leave the correct feedback that you wish to leave.
Who needs feedback?
Everyone does!
- If you're selling a game than you need to give leave feedback for the buyer who sent you money.
- If you're a buyer you need to leave feedback for the seller once you've received the game/items.
- If you're a trader than you need to leave feedback on the other person you traded with once you've received the game/items.
What happens if I receive neutral or negative feedback?
You will be sent a private message if this happens.
- If you receive three neutral remarks, you are no longer allowed to trade on these boards.
- All negative marks will be reviewed by myself and dealt with accordingly.
Can I contest a neutral/negative feedback?
You may send me a message if you feel as though you were given neutral/negative feedback unfairly.
I didn't receive money/game/item, what can I do?
Xboxer360.com takes absolutely no responsibility for any loss of money or items due to fraudulent buyers/sellers/traders. This means that it is up to you to try and keep yourself safe online so you do not get scammed. Please read this page for tips on how to do that.
