I was very impressed to see Sega racing title implementing avatars (but not so thrilled about Banjo.. why not masterchef? he is more Xbox's iconic character really, IMO).

They have really strict guidance over what can be done to an Avatar if implemented in game, there are many problems in Tropico as listed below (I love my lists)

    1) El Presidente takes parts in gun battles and can kill or be killed (Avatars are not allowed to die)
    2) Tropico tried for a realistic feel to character models, (Avatars are very cartoony)
    3) You can play a dictator who executes people for opposing him, the association might be a bit much for Microsoft
    4) This game has recieved almost no love from Microsoft and no xbox advertising to the point that IGN and CVG still have the game listed as coming March 2010 for the xbox in all regions!

I personally would love to see President Chunky walking down the street in my Pip Boy outfit but Microsoft seem determined to avoid any kind of controversy

Ah but the game is being released in 2010 for the Americas at least. I understand the game is region free however.

Yaz, I am guessing this game will not make the Southern America's area.
